Shipping Coverage
We offer shipping services to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam). Shipping to PO boxes is available for all products, as we use compact, protective packaging that fits standard PO box dimensions.

We recommend placing orders for customized soft-soled shoes at least 2 weeks in advance to allow sufficient production and delivery time, especially during peak seasons (e.g., back-to-school, holiday shopping).

All soft-soled shoes are shipped with insole support inserts to maintain their ergonomic shape; casual shoes are wrapped in dust-proof sleeves to prevent scuffing during transit.
Order Tracking
- After the order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing the tracking number, shipping method details, and a link to track your package directly via the courier’s website.
- For customized items, we will send production update emails (e.g., "Insole Adjustment Completed", "Custom Casual Shoes Ready for Shipping") to keep you informed of the progress.
- You can also log in to the personal center on our official website and view the real-time order and logistics status in "My Orders".
- If the logistics information is not updated for more than 5 business days, or shows delivered but you have not received the goods, please contact customer service immediately for assistance.
Shipping Notes
- Soft-soled shoes with memory foam insoles are packaged in breathable bags to prevent moisture buildup; casual canvas shoes are sealed in plastic to avoid water damage during transit.
- Please inspect the outer packaging for damage before signing for delivery; if the shoe box is crushed or deformed, note it on the delivery receipt, take photos of the packaging, and contact us immediately to initiate a replacement.
- During U.S. holidays (e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas, Black Friday) and peak shopping periods, shipping timeliness may be delayed by 1-2 business days, subject to courier notifications. We recommend placing holiday orders in advance.
